One of the most special orders that GER has produced was this project, a piece of furniture that serves to store and conserve both cigars and high quality cigars.
It is a piece of furniture made of beech wood, it is a sideboard with three protrusions on its sides similar to those of a classic waitress. The front part of the waitress also has a counter function, both in the upper part, which is where the cigars or cigars will be found, and in the lower part.
This classic style counter was made of solid walnut wood. The vertical pilasters and the perimeter modesty stand out.
Ceramic tiles were placed on the front panels to match the restaurant’s flooring. For the installation of the tiles we had to polish the inside face to give it the curved shape required for the assembly.
This jewellery box was specially commissioned and made in lacquered wood on the outside and in the interior it was veneered with wenge wood with a gloss finish, giving it the elegance and distinction that this tropical wood offers.
The interior of the furniture is composed of drawers with total extraction, shelves and an internal door that opens horizontally with a lock.
The centre of the piece is finished off with a marble piece on a circular chromed steel base acting as a handle for opening.
This unique and exclusive piece was made to order.
The client provided us with some measurements and we carried out the design, planimetry and manufacturing process.
It is made up of six cubicles with removable shelves and drawers, all of which have a system of guides with retention to avoid punishing the material, as well as hidden hinges, which give the piece an aesthetic value.
It is made of ebony wood on the outside, and has a rectangular hollow tube structure in stainless steel.
Its interior is veneered with beech wood, creating an attractive contrast between external and internal wood.

We were commissioned to make a special sofa for a hotel reception. Solid wood was used for the structure and for the filling of first quality foams.
Fireproof fabrics were used in all the upholstery according to the reference provided.
