ALBORAN PROJECT

We were commissioned to make the furniture for a social and sales center in a luxury villas urbanisation on the Alboran Sea in Morocco.

The design of the pieces combined metals such as old brushed brass or black painted iron and natural oak wood thus combining with the traditional Moroccan style of construction.

This table was designed to place on it a model of the whole urbanization, it was made with internal structure of iron and natural oak wood covering. This material is characterized by its cream-colored sapwood and pale brown heartwood, it is a semi-hard material.

This table was built in solid oak wood of one piece and structure of black finished iron tube. Our main challenge was to achieve a balance between the weight of the wooden top and the strength of the hollow tube iron structure. We created a suitable design to provide the necessary stability to the piece.

This piece of furniture was designed to keep the sales plans and sample book of different pieces of the villas.

It was made of natural oak wood with drawers on both sides and special soft-type guides. The top cover was upholstered in top quality leather and finished off with perimeter safety glass.

This piece of furniture was designed to house the models of the different types of villas in the residential complex.

It was made of natural oak wood with a matt finish and a 20 mm hollow tube structure in satin-aged brass for the support.

safety glass urn was placed at the top to protect the model.

GOLF CLUB

In this Project they commissioned the manufacture of furniture for the hotel’s restaurant.

Noble woods such as walnut and metals such as aged brass were used. In combination with the colonial decoration in white tones it gives elegance and offers an exclusive stay.

As you can see at the end of the picture, we manufacture the room dividers in solid walnut wood. We had to make the louvers on our CNC machines according to the design provided by the customer. You can have a better view of the piece at the bottom, where the products appear individually.

This peculiar counter welcomes the clients of the golf club. It’s a piece made of solid walnut Wood, its design forms a semicircle of 180º. It has three panels with a set of ceramic tiles, is the same as the floor of the room, to have a better combination with the space.

In this project the most used material is walnut, characteristic for its dark chocolate color, its fiber is straight and sometimes wavy, it contains médium grain. It is a semi-heavy and semi-hard wood.

Stools were made for the bar area.  The seat and backrest are made of solid walnut and a swivel mechanism and metal height adjuster were installed in the base, finished in aged brass.

In the armchair area, all of them are connected by a central table. We used solid walnut wood to make this table and a bevelled safety glass was fitted to the top.

ROSE OF THE WINDS

This very unusual luminaire was commissioned for a cinema entrance in a private home in Morocco.
Its measurements were 4.50 x 2.70m, a very complex piece in addition to its measurements due to its manufacturing process.

Its structure is composed of welded metal with an old gold finish together with Plexiglas panels with a translucent alabaster effect which allows it to emit light.
Its aesthetics evoke the compass rose that represents all the directions taken throughout our lives.
